Cancellation and Late Policy

​To ensure smooth operations and fairness to both clients and stylists, we have implemented a late & cancellation policy. For general appointments, clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a 50% or service cancellation fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel or adjust your appointment in order to be on time for our next client(s). We aim to be on time for every client, and will make sure we contact you as well if we are running behind. Emergencies are understood, but we ask clients to communicate promptly. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling, and cancellation fees must be paid before future appointments. We appreciate your cooperation with our policy. Adjustments

Adjustments may be provided at no additional charge provided the salon is contacted within 72 hours of the original service and the adjustment take place within 2 weeks of the original appointment and same stylist who provided the service.
